Automatic leaflet feeding
The range of Apex DF friction feeders are extremely simple and effective for placing or inserting articles such as leaflets, booklets or sachets into products or onto packs. Ideal for promotional products or additional marketing activities.
- Products thickness ranging from 130g/m2 to 4mm
- Maximum speed 150 cycles per minute standard machine or 600 cycles per minute with servo motor system
- Articles from 50x50mm upto 297 x 420mm, depending on machine
- Different exit execution depending on application, horizontal - vertical etc.
- Optional stainless steel execution
- Optional integrated counting / bar code reading etc.

Automatic leaflet insertion
In addition to placing leaflets or booklets onto products etc. Apex can inegrate leaflet feeding into exisitng packaging machinery or production lines. By utilising a wide range of exit configurations, it is possible to automatically place leaflets or booklets with high accuracy.
