Series 18 rotary pick and placer for the placement of inserts or booklets onto a packs with product synchronisation by starwheel or screw.

The product is held in place onto the pack by glue dot application if required.

Fitting a long-range magazine to this pick and placer will increase its capacity.

Our Design and Engineering Department has designed the rotary pick and placers as a solution to automating the placement of products that are difficult to maneuver by hand, at high rates of output (up to 400 cycles per minute). Such products include telephone or bank cards, booklets, two-fold cardboard etc.
