Alternative use of the series DF-18 friction feeder/pick and placer for placing neck labels onto bottles.
Its robust design integrates the standard automatic features used by T?l?m?canique, Siemens, Omron and others. It can be easily and quickly adapted to packaging lines and incorporated into machines designed by different manufacturers. Reliability, robustness and adaptability are the key words for our feeder. We also offer a version designed completely in stainless steel. With standalone automatic operation.
The DF-18 series of bottle collar placing placement can reach 8,000 bottles per hour.
Designed to automate the placement of promotional collarettes or collars onto bottle necks during production.
These machines, designed for the beverage industry, are used to automatically place neck collars onto bottles.
The rotary Series 18 rotary pick and placer for the placement of neck labels or cones onto bottles at a rate of 8,000 to 12,000 products per hour. Synchronisation with the bottles is achieved by a starwheel.
The intake of items by the magazine is achieved by means of suction cups. They are formed by means of a cam before they are finally positioned onto the bottle neck.
It can also be positioned perpendicularly on a conveyor line allowing numerous items to be dispensed at the same time, in order to increase the rate of output.
Our Design and Engineering Department has designed the rotary pick and placers as a solution to automating the placement of products that are difficult to maneuver by hand, at high rates of output (up to 200 cycles per minute).
