The Apex DF Series of friction feeders are high speed machines capable of automatically inserting or placing leaflets, booklets or similar items integrated into any production line.

These items can either be placed on top of the product group or inside the pack prior to shrink-wrapping or case closing.

By using friction drive belts, high precision accuracy and repeated reliability can be achieved.

The model DF-18, can handle items from 50 x 50 mm (min) to 120 x 170 mm (max) with a maximum thickness of 4mm.

The model DF-30, can handle items from 50 x 50 mm (min) to A4 / 210 x 270 mm (max) with a maximum thickness of 4mm.

Both models are available with vertical, horizontal or customised exits and high capacity leaflet magazines are also available as an option.

These friction feeding systems can reach speeds of 150 products per minute based on the synchronisation and products.

Its robust design integrates the standard automatic features used by Télémécanique, Siemens, Omron and others. It can be easily and quickly adapted to packaging lines and incorporated into machines designed by different manufacturers. Reliability, robustness and adaptability are the key words for our feeders. We also offer a version designed completely in stainless steel. With standalone automatic operation. Different outlets can be used on the same feeder (horizontal, vertical) and it can be easily moved from one production line to another using special apparatus.
