The PROGRIP ES / ED handle applicators are an economical space saving solution to applying carry handles to your products. As another member of the successful "PROGRIP Family", the PROGRIP E fills the industry's need for a versatile, reliable, lower to middle-priced handle applicator.

A rotating finger attaches pre-laminated carrying handles to a variety of package types - whether they consist of cans, bottles, jars, open boxes, cardboard cartons or are plastic shrink-wrapped.

The compact machine design permits placement of the handle applicator in production lines with very limited space conditions. Due to its modular construction, it is possible to assemble the PROGRIP E using a building block principle. The entire machine measures a mere 1000 mm length of its conveyor belt and contains the attachment unit, roll dispenser and operating panel. Depending on customer requirements, the unit can be extended by placing additional conveyor belts in front of, and behind, the handle applicator.

There are 2 PROGRIP E possibilities - the one-line machine (single), with a capacity of up to 80 packs/min., or the two-line machine (double), with a capacity of up to 160 packs/min. Both models have minimal maintenance requirements, short conversion time to switch from one product to another, as well as the low initial purchase price and reasonable upkeep costs.

The practical aspect of the PROGRIP E, combined with the use of pre-laminated adhesive tapes, guarantees long machine running time with minimal operating effort. The operator only needs to attend the machine every 3 to 10 hours, depending on machine performance and carrying handle length.
