MEYPACK produces packaging machines for wrap-around cases and for trays with speeds of up to 60 wrap-around cases or 90 trays/minute as well as combined tray/film or pad/film packaging systems to cover a large variety of products.

The low and medium speed ranges are served well by the VP400 models while the VP500 machines best serve the high speed range.

The intermittent, highly flexible machines of the VP400 Series pack products into trays, wrap-around cases or trays with lids. The application 'tray with lid' is possible in two variations, where the lid is either inserted or glued.

The VP400 Series is suitable for an output of up to 30 cycles per minute.

The Meypack case packers of the VP400 series can be easily combined with the shrink-wrappers of the SW Series.

The VP500 Series is based on a continuous packaging process performed on one level. These machine are also designed for trays, wrap-around cases or trays with lids. The continuous motion mode of operation ensures very gentle product handling and processing

The VP501 model is suitable for an output of up to 35 cycles per minute.

Integration of the VP500 series with shrink-wrappers of the SW Series is possible thanks to the open and clean modular construction.

The VP511, VP521 and VP531 models are for the speed range of 40 to 60 cycles per minute for wrap-around cases and up to 90 cycles per minute for trays.

Tray machines are also available in double lane versions.

In wrap-around machines it is possible to integrate automatic partition insertion for individual or pre-fabricated partitions.
