Using a rotating vacuum system, or a standard Apex friction feeder for neck tags, high efficiency and precision can be achieved.

Automatic neck collar placing
The Apex rotating pick and place system can place bottle neck collars (cones) automatically at upto 12,000 collars per hour. The system comprises of 4 rotating vacuum assemblies, and in one revolution the vacuum cap moves in front of the magazine, takes a collar, positions it correctly and places it onto the bottle neck.

In addition to neck collars/cones, Apex Automate have also developed solutions for efficiently placing neck tags/hangers onto bottles or products.
