Easter Egg Sleeving from PDC Europe

When Kraft Foods needed a supplier to sleeve their Easter Egg cases they approached PDC Europe to obtain this type of system.

For this Suchard product PDC Europe used a shrink sleeve applicator with a steam tunnel.

With two machine options available for outputs upto 100cpm or 200cpm.

A Christmas promotion product also uses the same system to create this excellent finish to their products.

New Stretch-sleeve solution on the “Horizon”

PDC Europe, have developed a new and innovative stretch-sleeve solution to replace traditional cardboard sleeving.

This new approach, offers high colour process printed polyethylene sleeves which can be applied onto products without the need of a shrink tunnel, resulting in a high quality packaging aspect whilst benefiting from very low energy consumption and additionally using sustainable and easy to recyle material.
