Bottle collaretting
Apex Automate, based in Paris-France, have built and supplied bottle collarette machines for many years typically for the beverage markets.
A new concept has been developed by Apex for bottle collarette cones which are stacked rather than folded flat within the magazine.
This new concept has a number of advantages:
- Higher accuracy and reliability
- Placement of the cone very close to bottle neck diameter
- High speed rate, upto 200 cycles/minute
- Quick size change over
- Long magazine autonomy
This machine will also be demonsrated at the forthcoming Emballage packacking industry exhibition in Paris, 17-21st November. Apex Automate Booth 5aC51 (hall 5).
