Apex Automate develop new sachet inserting system

Apex Automate, based in Paris-France, have developed a new sachet inserting system for automated lines. Based on their proven and succesful friction feeder, the new MDS machine is capable of inserting up to 150 cycles per minute.

Apex bottle neck collar video

Apex Automate have released a new video, demonstrating the popular and efficient system for automatically applying neck collars onto glass wine bottles.

This MDR collaretting system can operate up to 12,000 bottles per hour, and be configured to apply neck tags or cones onto a variety of bottle shapes & sizes.

Present at Interpack this year, Apex Automate will be demonstrating the latest pick & place solutions. Including automatic collar & neck tag placing, friction feeders for leaflet or booklet insertion and rigid tray de-nesting systems.

The Apex MDR rotating vacuum pick & place concept is ideally perfect for applying neck tags or collars onto bottle necks at speeds upto 200 bottles per hour.

With a very small footprint, the machine can be easily integrated into existing production lines.
