Meypack partition insertion
Meypack have recently complete a project with the Absolut Vodka, part of the V&S Group, at its was distillery in Åhus. One part of the new project is a brand new bottling line including a Meypack high speed VP 531 packaging machine equipped with a fully automatic partition insertion system.
This case packer packs the well-known “Absolut” bottles, ranging in size from 700 ml up to 1,750 ml, into either 3×2 or 3×4 formations. To protect the bottles, the machine has been equipped with a servo-pusher dividing system to gently divide the products into formation as well as three fully automatic partition inserters. The VP 531 case packer that packs the glass bottles into wrap-around cases is also outfi tted with an automatic blank loading station, which removes the blanks from the pallet and feeds them automatically into the blank magazine.
