Apex Automate, based in Paris-France, have built and supplied bottle collarette machines for many years typically for the beverage markets.

A new concept has been developed by Apex for bottle collarette cones which are stacked rather than folded flat within the magazine.

This new concept has a number of advantages:

  • Higher accuracy and reliability
  • Placement of the cone very close to bottle neck diameter
  • High speed rate, upto 200 cycles/minute
  • Quick size change over
  • Long magazine autonomy

This machine will also be demonsrated at the forthcoming Emballage packacking industry exhibition in Paris, 17-21st November. Apex Automate Booth 5aC51 (hall 5).

Meypack have recently completed a number of projects for packing miniature bottles of spirit, Whisky & Vodka etc, into Shelf-Ready / Retail Ready cases and tray-shrink packaging.

With a requirement to handle a wide variety of bottles, shaped-round-square, and various, a reliable and flexible solution was necessary.

A Meypack VP501 Continous motion Wrap-around case packer was utilised to handle the output, from each line upto 30,000 bottles per hour, and pack these miniature bottles efficiently.
